At Robot Mowers Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
